Softer Within sells digital workbooks in PDF format ("Products") for personal, non-commercial use. All purchases grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the Product.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 17 years of age to use this Site or purchase our Products. By using this Site, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Digital Product Delivery

Upon successful payment, you will receive a secure download link via email and on the thank-you page. Your download link:

  • Is valid for 48 hours from the time of purchase
  • May be used up to 3 times
  • Is sent to the email address provided at checkout

If you experience issues accessing your download, please contact us at hello@softerwithin.com within 7 days of purchase.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site and within our Products including text, graphics, images, and design is the exclusive intellectual property of Softer Within and is protected by copyright law.

You may not:

  • Reproduce, distribute, or share our Products (in whole or in part) with others
  • Sell, resell, or sublicense our Products
  • Use our Products to create derivative works for commercial purposes
  • Remove copyright notices or attribution from our materials

You may print one personal copy for your own use.

5. Payment

All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD). Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your credit card information. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current payment information.
